Section 11C
The Government of Nepal can provide narcotic drugs for the purpose of making medicine
Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the government of Nepal may provide the required quantity of narcotic drugs seized or seized under this Act to any drug making agency for the purpose of making medicine, if it deems fit. .
